The characters in the December 8, 2021 – 2021 Sky Christmas commercial film “Singh” will make your heart beat faster this Christmas. In the ad, which will be used in Germany from today, some popular singers are returning, and there is a precedent for new and newly designed forms. “Singh 2” will hit German cinemas in January 2022 and will be shown in Sky Store and Sky Cinema by the end of the year.
Commerce was created in collaboration with Universal / Illumination. Directed by Garth Jennings (“Sing”, “The Hitch Hikers Guide to the Galaxy”, “Son of Rambo”). It shows how the main character Angie quits her job and runs home with her family to see the Moon Theater Christmas special and then crashes into a car. When the snow falls and her family gives up hope that she will succeed on time, Angie appears and sings “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)” with Rosita (Reese Witherspoon), Johnny (Taron Egerton) and Ash (Scarlett Johansson). ), Gunder (Nick Kroll), Meena (Tori Kelly).
The 360 degree Christmas campaign is in collaboration with Comcast in the USA and in collaboration with Great Britain, Ireland and Italy. Commerce will be available on a variety of channels: on Sky channels, via VOD and on social networks.
As a Christmas present from Sky’s loyalty program Extra, Sky customers will receive a film as a gift to watch the animated hit “Sing” in the Sky Store from December 8 to 31.
