World Cup Qualifiers: Run away for Netherlands, Austria lose again – 2022 World Cup – Football

Group D:

France – Finland 2: 0 (1: 0)
After two disappointing draws, Antoine Griezmann brought back the world champions against Finland. With a brace (25, 53), the striker led the first Finnish defeat in this qualifying round. The French are still comfortable with 12 points from six games.

Group F:

Denmark – Israel 5: 0 (3: 0)
Denmark will retain its clean slate. In Copenhagen, the hosts set the course for their sixth win in the sixth qualifier against Israel before the break. Yusuf Paulson (28), captain Simon Khair (31) and Andreas Skow Olson (41) ensured clear conditions before the half-time whistle. In the second round, Thomas Delaney (58th) and Andreas Cornelius (90 + 1) met.

Austria – Scotland 0: 1 (0: 1)

Earling Holland in the national jersey is also unstoppable. When the Norwegians won against Gibraltar, the BVB striker contributed three hits (27, 39, 90 + 1). Croatia – Slovenia 3: 0 (1: 0)
In the face-off match against Russia, Croatia leads Group H due to a goal difference. Marco Livaja (33), Mario Pasalik (66) and Nicola Vlasic (90 ++) secured a 3-0 home win over Slovenia in the split.

Russia – Malta 2: 0 (1: 0)
Thanks to the home win against Malta, Russia are second behind Croatia. Fedor Smirnov took the lead (10) with a defensive error by the guests. Selinkhan Bakev converted a hand penalty decision late (84th).
