She recently appeared with Mr. Biden for the ‘I Will Vote Concert’ titled Four Fighters, Black Eyed Peas, John Bone Jovi and Cher.

Who is Jin Biden?
Born in June 1951 in New Jersey, United States, Jill Jacobs was the eldest of five sisters. Growing up in Willow Grove, a suburb of Philadelphia.
She was married to former college football player Bill Stevenson before marrying Mr. Biden.
She married Democratic President Nominee in 1977, four years after her first wife and youngest daughter were killed in a car accident.
Mrs. Biden has previously said that Biden had asked her five times before accepting it.
She helped raise the remaining children, Beau – then died of brain cancer in May 2015 at the age of 46 – in 1981 before giving birth to a daughter, Ashley.
‘Lifetime Teacher’
Ms. Biden, who has steadily developed a career as a teacher, describes herself as a “lifelong teacher” on her Twitter page.
Ahead of her speech at the Democratic Convention, she said on Twitter: “Teaching is not what I do. who I am”.
Mrs. Biden received two postgraduate degrees and a doctorate in education from the University of Delaware in 2007.
According to former colleagues, Ms. Biden has become one of her husband’s most valuable political advisers and is the most important commentator on one of his biggest decisions, both political and personal.
She was skeptical of his 1988 presidential campaign, but in 2008 persuaded him to run again.
Mrs. Biden was the second woman to serve as husband’s vice president from 2009 to 2017.
Along with Barack Obama, Biden was the wife of the first vice president to remain in a paid job since she was elected.
“In 2008, after we won the election, no one expected me to continue teaching,” Ms Biden said in an interview about her work as a second woman.
“But I could not walk away … so I did both. For eight years, that was the duality of my life. State receptions and interim.
“Dinner with the most powerful man on earth – study sessions with single moms.”
Support for the military
Mrs. Biden has also proven that supporting military families is one of her main concerns.
Together with Michelle Obama, they launched the Joining Force initiative, which focuses on helping military personnel and their families with educational programs and employment resources.

When ly officially announced Biden as the Democratic presidential nominee at the Delaware School Library in August, Biden, along with his wife and grandchildren, spoke privately about her husband.

Speaking on NBC’s Today Show, Ms. Biden said her husband talks to governors “on the phone every minute of the day.”
As a first lady, Biden praised his wife’s qualities.
“For all of you across the country, think of your favorite teacher who gave you the confidence to believe in yourself. That would be First Lady … Jill Biden,” he said.
