Elon Musk plans to back Florida Governor Ron De Santis, a Republican, if he wants to run for president in 2024. ‘Will you support Ron DeSantis in 2024, Elon?’, the multi-billionaire replied ‘yes’ on Twitter. In the same discussion on his recently acquired social network, Musk recalled that he had previously actively supported Obama and voted for Biden, but that he was disappointed. “My preference for the presidency in 2024 – he wrote – goes to a rational and focused person. I had hoped it would be like this for the Biden administration, but so far I have been disappointed”.
After electric cars, space and social media, Elon Musk can conquer another area: that of smartphones. Responding to popular American podcaster Liz Wheeler, who claimed that “if Apple and Android decide to remove Twitter from their applications, Musk will be forced to invent his own smartphone,” the new owner of the social media wrote: “I hope. It has to come to this, but if I have no choice, yes, I will get an alternative phone. On the other hand, Wheeler points out in his post, “This guy is building rockets to go to Mars, and you want him to have a stupid smartphone.” He adds that “Half of America is happy to give up Apple and Android snoopers.”
