The Ukrainian diplomatic chief released a video showing, according to him, residents of Byloserka, a few kilometers from Kherson, in the process of tearing down a poster announcing “Russia is here forever”. Rada, Ukraine’s parliament, also released photos of civilians waving Ukrainian flags in Kherson. Ukrainian forces have not announced that they have entered the city, the capital of the oblast of the same name.
