The New York-based software company Delegate Corporation will create more than 200 jobs in Galway.
The roles he creates in a variety of business activities include customer support, finance, HR and marketing.
Galway Office will become the Group’s European hub. It will support approximately 50 percent of the company’s client base located outside the United States.

The products offered to users include cloud-based applications that support the day-to-day work of board management and committees, as well as software that supports collaborative and secure information.

The company says more than 19,000 organizations and 700,000 leaders in more than 90 countries rely on it.
It serves more than 50 percent of the Fortune 1000 and 70 percent of the FTSE 100, including the largest public governing bodies.
IDA The Irish Government, through Ireland, supports the investment of attention in Galway.
