On June 30, the Irish Ensemble Conla from Belfast will continue on this year’s Soris edition of Sloss Troll. Young and award-winning, the Ethno Band takes audiences into Ireland’s fascinating musical landscape with Irish melodies, new settings and their own compositions in the grand nightclub.
Conla (Ciara McFerry: Vocals; Sierra Carlin: Flutes; Paul Starret: Guitars; Emer Mallon: Harp; Conor Mallon: Irish Bagpipes) are a young group from Ireland. Includes worldwide. The arrangement of traditional Irish folk tunes gained Quintet great recognition. The group was founded at the University of Ulster in Northern Ireland. A whole new group that immediately joined the ranks of the best groups in the Irish folk scene.
