Paul John Fuller, 31, of Eltham, South London, said: “Every year we have a counterfeit note, including a belly button.

“I think Chris escaped very lightly. He had a gold mask to get public transportation. ”

Punishment should be “something that can keep him socially isolated,” Fuller added.
