The drones recorded the moment a large white shark approached surfers and swimmers off the coast of Del Mar, California. The video was posted on social media by photographer Scott Fairchild.
In the pictures, the shark can be seen approaching a surfer and a boy, and they appear calm. The animal is larger than the boards. In an interview with Fox News, Fairchild described the meeting as “amazing.”
The Fairchild encounter reports: “I have not seen the boy yet. Very calmly, the father calls out to him, ‘Hey, look at this.’ He starts rowing closer and the boy does not respond. ‘What a cool’ ‘.
Although I don’t know them, Fairchild says It felt like “a great father-son moment” to them.
The photographer says shark sightings are on the rise in the area. In September, he says, two other sharks were shot on the shore.
He told Fox News that the most notable encounter was the discovery of 13 large white sharks at the same time.
All my life I have been drowning with sharks. Scary, isn’t it? You have to respect any animals, but they are not a problem. We are not on their menu.

He says he hopes the recordings will help the audience understand the importance of sharks. “The videos are scary when you see one, but that’s where they live,” Fairchild said. “They ‘re not looking for us. They’re swimming with you. Mistakes happen, but they’s usually not a problem.”
