(AOF) – Management company Sofidi has announced the acquisition of an office property in Dublin, located at 76-78 Harcourt Street. This activity was carried out on behalf of the participants in the acquisitions of SCPI Sofidi Europe Invest, Immort, Efimo 1 and OPCI Sofidi Pierre Europe.

Reorganized in 1982, the Georgian-style real estate property covers an area of ​​317 square meters and is used as an office, divided between the ground floor and the five upper floors. “The back of the building enjoys the extraordinary view of Iva Gardens,” Sofidi emphasizes.

The building is a popular destination for embassies and iconic businesses such as KMPG, Mazars, Dropbox, Ernest & Young, and Deloitte, near St Stephen Green Park and Grafton Street, one of Dublin’s most important shopping streets.

“This new acquisition is the first in Dublin for Sofidi, and its strategy in European corporate real estate in the broadest sense of the word (offices, retail premises, hotels, leisure, warehouses. We respect the diversification approach, ”said Jean-Marc Peter, CEO of Sofidi.
