The documentary “Niall Horan’s Homecoming: The Road to Mullingar with Lewis Capaldi” follows Niall Horan and his best friend Lewis Capaldi on a three-day journey through his hometown.
Niall Horan and Lewis Capaldi traveled to Ireland together to film a documentary. The film is titled Niall Horan’s Homecoming: The Road to Mullingar with Lewis Capaldi. Two best friends accompany each other through Ireland for three days. On their journey they meet George Load, a local artist and many other interesting people. Impromptu concert in Mullingar
The duo were spotted at a pub in Mullingar in August, where they even performed an acoustic performance of their hit song “Chasing Cars”. At the time, fans had no idea they were there for the documentary. The film is sponsored by Guinness. In a press statement, Horan says, “I feel like I’ve never been away. Every time I come home I’m blown away by the creativity here. Not in the Hollywood sense, but real, authentic talent. Go there and do it for the sheer love of the craft.” The film will first be shown on an Irish channel on October 16. It is not yet known if and how the documentation will be available in Germany.
