Lucia Alves shined in Portuguese colors this Friday evening. The Seleção beat Northern Ireland 4-0 on Day 3 of the Women's Euro 2025 qualifiers. Benfica was one of the best players in the Portuguese victory. At the beginning of the second half, she scored her team's second goal: a magnificent lob on her part (49'). Captain Carol Costa opened the scoring in the first half (25′).

Then, Caterina Amado worsened the result (83′), and at the end of the match she served Lucia Alves, who finished the ball (90+6′). Portugal top their qualifying group (B3) with 9 points, ahead of Northern Ireland (4 points), Bosnia-Herzegovina (3 points) and Malta (1 point).
