Liberty brings together European mediators to discuss consumer needs – O’Journal Economico

The Liberty Insurance Company brought together 700 brokers from Portugal, Spain, Ireland and Northern Ireland to discuss customer needs. Through a series of three meetings in Portugal, Spain and Ireland, via Liberty Meeting Point, a virtual and exclusive platform for brokers.

The mediators met with marketing experts from different countries to discuss tools to better understand customer needs.

This is the third meeting on the Liberty Meeting Point platform, a meeting point and communication between Liberty and European mediators.

“In Portugal, Ken Hughes, Consumer Behavior Specialist, Nahim Habib, Professor at the Nova School of Business and Economics; Moderated by Sales & Distribution Team Member Fernando Ricardo. Each of the clients shared their experiences and perspectives on customer accounts: what has changed, what are the new requirements, how companies should adapt to their competitors, and how to be different, ”the insurer said in a statement.

“For Liberty, these meetings are more than just learning sharing, they are a point of contact with intermediaries, and a way to focus on those who represent us with clients. Their experiences are important and valuable, and we engage in discussions with specialists who offer tools that help them in their daily lives, while rewarding and appreciating their work, ”said Fernando Ricardo.
