Kovid, USA: Texas and Mississippi remove liability for masks | Biden: “This is not the time”

As Texas Governor Greg Abbott said, “Until Wednesday, all businesses will be able to reopen to 100% capacity. Thanks to medical advances in vaccines and monoclonal antibody treatments, there is a way to protect Texas from the virus.”

“Kovid-19 has not disappeared” – he explained – our state is in a better position compared to October, limiting the capacity of stores to 75%. “Now is the time for Texas to open 100%. For six months, many Texans have been denied the opportunity to work, and many small business owners have struggled to pay their bills.”

“We ensure that all Texas businesses and families have the freedom to choose their own destiny.” However, according to the executive order of the governor, companies can limit the capacity of their space or implement health protocols.
