In Kherson, an occupied region in the south of the country where Ukrainian forces are fighting back, three villages have been recaptured from the Russians in the past two weeks. The governor of the Mykolaiv region in the south of the country reported a “massive” missile bombardment that destroyed a school and injured at least one person.

Russian occupation forces on Thursday arrested about twenty “accomplices” of the Ukrainian army in the occupied territories of Kherson and Zaporizhia.

The announcement came a day after a Ukrainian offensive that partially destroyed a key bridge in Kherson, a strategic and important supply point for Russian forces and the city.
