An evening of Irish music will be performed at Pluk-El Hermitage this Thursday evening. The event, organized by the Town Hall and the Pluk-el Hermitage Europe Association, will take place at Place Louis-Morrel from 7 p.m. The Morsegale Group, featuring Pluckois Nick Malika on guitar and George Breuil on violin, will host the evening until midnight. “Obviously, dancers are welcome to take a few steps,” adds Pierre-Michel Conan, president of the association.
Culinary Journey to Ireland
Culinarily, the evening continues the theme of Ireland with the famous Dorlotter from Dublin. A specialty made from pork cooked in broth with potatoes and carrots. Obviously, the most fans of local cuisine can find eternal sausage patties. The association expects 270 people, but Pierre-Michel Conan assures: “We have planned enough food for everyone! “.
Finally, Ireland will also be exporting to glasses with two Irish beers. “There will be a beer similar to Guinness and a blonde beer,” says Pierre-Michael Conan.
The next highlight in town is “The Potato Party” on September 10 and 11 with representatives from Poland, Romania and the Czech Republic.
