A free space inside the building of the Public University of El Alto (UPEA) in Bolivia on Tuesday (2) killed seven young people between the ages of 21 and 23, police said.

Images circulating on social media show students being crushed when a guard rail collapsed at a crowded moment on the top floor of the building.

The videos show young people falling, and then some of them stretching motionless downstairs. According to local newspapers, three young men initially died but at least four others succumbed to their injuries.
