This Sunday (October 31), the last day of the G20 summit in Rome, Italy, the leaders visited the Fondava de Trevi, one of Rome’s most popular tourist destinations.

But Brazilian President Jair Bolzoni did not attend the ceremony. He visited the memorial on Friday (29/20) with his son Councilor Carlos Bolsonaroy (Republicanos-RJ) accompanying him on the ceremony.

In front of the Fontana di Trevi, which has existed since 1730, leaders photographed together and threw coins into a fountain, a tradition dating back to the 19th century.

Leaders toss a specially made euro coin for an event featuring Leonardo da Vinci’s Vitruvian man.

Bolzoni is one of the few leaders who is isolated and not on the agenda Meetings with other heads of state were planned.
