Facebook Messenger crashes – problems in Greece too

Published on

Social media users are reporting problems with Facebook Messenger as messages they send to the app never get sent or take a long time to reach the recipient.

As can be seen in the following photos from Down Detector, there are also problems in Greece.

Messenger started crashing shortly after 19:20 and Twitter was flooded with complaints and questions from users, while the Down Detector website also had several reports.

Several users from Greece noticed problems with messages sent to their friends on Messenger, which were not delivered or arrived after 10 minutes.

The Messenger problems came a day after Instagram “crashed” around the world, with many accounts removed, banned and losing followers.

It should be noted that Messenger and Instagram are owned by Mark Zuckerberg’s company, Meta.
