The “Epic – Irish Emigration Museum” Museum of Expatriates is a journey into the many stories of Irish immigrants from around the world. In 185, the country was overthrown by a terrible famine that killed 10% of the population and forced one million migrants. A few years ago, the Irish Emigration Museum celebrated its history by creating a “museum like no other”, an innovative and original museum. It is located in the port area of Dublin, in the old CHQ warehouses of the 19th century. With over 20 thematic galleries, interactive exhibits, music and paintings, the museum has become a must-see for visitors to Dublin and has received numerous awards over the years. It recently won the title of “Best Tourist Attraction in Europe” at the 2021 Travel Awards.
