Three Group E matches against Slovakia, Sweden and Poland have been moved to St. Petersburg, Russia. The 16th round, which was to take place in the Irish capital, will now take place at Wembley Stadium in London.

Minister of State for Sports Jack Chambers confirmed to RTE: “We are disappointed that this is happening, but we need to be honest about what’s possible during this epidemic. We will see spectators returning to the games. This summer, securing 11,000 spectators in June is unrealistic.

Considered a good venue for future UEFA events, Bilbao would like to thank and thank the cities of Dublin – UEFA for their commitment to the national and local governments of Spain and the Republic of Ireland, and to all local partners for their dedication, professionalism and recent years, ”UEFA said in a statement.
