Connor McGregor sells the boat and wants to buy another pub

Published on

After selling a ship off the coast of Ireland, Connor McGregor wants to invest more money in his pub empire. The fighter plans to buy another bar with the money from the boat.

According to the currency, the O’Neill’s Pub, located in the heart of McGregor Dun Lavogier, will be added to its list of pubs. His accountant, Alan Geraghti, is in talks to buy the site.

The pub has two floors, more than 1,441 square meters, and has been selling for two months for 800,000 euros (approximately $ 5,080 million). In 2020, O’Neill was the second Irishman to acquire Black Forge in his hometown of Crumlin for 2 million (R $ 12.70 million).

In addition, 1 million euros (R $ 6.35 million) was allocated to renovate the site, which was converted into a gastrobaby.

He doesn’t want to stop there. McGregor plans to acquire more pubs in Ireland, and plans to have some “overseas”. “With the joy I got, I get out of this whole process, and I definitely feel like this is just a start for me as a public servant,” the fighter said.

“Ireland’s public institutions are known around the world, and it’s a great honor to have my own representation. I will be exploring other places in Ireland and abroad. I’m passionate about hospitality and entertainment, and I’m just starting out in Black Forge,” he assured.

It may take some time for the activity inside the rings to occur again. He is recovering from a broken leg he suffered in UFC 264, but has already been able to kick back.

“I need to listen to the doctors and listen to the people who advise me. I am committed to work and I have returned to normal. It’s great to be on my feet again, ”he celebrated.
