London Labor Court, England, Decided to sexually harass a British man whom his boss called “bald”. According to GeographyThe judges understood the statement about Bald Equivalent to an opinion about the size of a woman’s breasts. The decision was made last Wednesday at 11 p.m.

The victim, electrician Tony Finn, had reportedly worked for the British bung company in West Yorkshire for more than 20 years. But in May 2021 the professional was fired and the court reported that he had been sexually harassed after arguing with factory supervisor Jamie King.

In July 2019, the victim reported a crime that Bose had committed, and the magistrate had to assess whether the insult was really sexual harassment.

The judges said the boss referred to Finn in a defamatory and unnecessary manner and went too far in his comments about the employee’s appearance.

The company’s counterpart said the case was not sexual harassment. Magistrates, however, opposed the claim, arguing that baldness was more prevalent in men than in women and therefore justified the thesis that crime was “inherently related to the victim’s sexuality.”

The court also recalled the 1995 ruling in its comments on a woman’s attendance. In the case, the court ruled that the manager who commented on the size of the victim’s breasts was sexually discriminating.

According to GeographyIn addition to sexual harassment, the verdict determines that the victim will receive employment compensation for unjust and abusive dismissal.
