Boutiq is strengthening the production team and expanding the pool of directors

Boutiq brings producers Søren Schmidt and Paula Lisko to the team. In addition, Zurich Ad Film Production has managed to win various international directors for its boutique roster.

Søren Schmidt will support the company as an executive producer. With many years of experience as an international producer at Sternag Hamburg, Palma Pictures Mallorca & Barcelona, ​​the 46-year-old will also take on the expansion of the international and exclusive directing portfolio and lead the new business unit. .

Senior Producer Paula Lisko comes from Rotorfilm, where she most recently ran the Zurich branch. With many years of expertise in the VFX and post-production fields, she will continue to produce moving image formats as well as the award-winning animation department. She is responsible for scouting and promoting young directors and Swiss talent.

With an expanded constellation in production, Boutiq intends to continuously strengthen and expand its range of management services. The portfolio has already expanded to include many new, experienced and international directors such as Jason Smith from England, Irish-raised director John O’Hagan, Wolfberg from Prague and German Florian Meimberg.

Also, Bootick wants to focus specifically on female directors. The commercial film production team brought in Ann Weigel and Julie Kreuzer for this. As of 2020, Boutiq has expanded its premises and moved to Limmatstrasse 65 Zurich to establish new editing and grading suites. The new offices also include a studio for castings or fittings.

Booty can look back on seventeen years of experience in classic commercials and image film. A new corporate brand for digital content was also created, along with a new Boom Creative Studio division managed by Anna Zimmermann. (Reported by Werbewoche.ch). With Boom, Boutiq offers a wide range for all film-related consumers and a playground for storytellers.
