BERLIN (AP) – Constance Klosterhalfen leads the German line-up for the European Cross Country Championships in Dublin. This was announced by the German Athletics Association.

The 24-year-old Olympic VIII, who crossed the 10,000m on December 12, is the biggest German prospect in the individual and on the team, having raced to great success in Forsyth on his cross comeback.

There are five German athletes in each of the four junior competitions for men and women. DLV sends a team of 30 to the Irish capital. However, due to current developments, plans may change in the short term. “The current situation is this: we will fight individually and with teams for the best positions and medals in all six competitions,” said DLV head coach Annette Stein.
