Three days after the victory against England, Greece scored another victory against Ireland on Sunday (2-0) in the Nations League. Club Brugge's Christos Solis started for the Greek side and secured their fourth win in as many games this campaign.

Solis stood out with an assist from Anastasios Bakacetas just after the break (48th). The Bruges star gave way in the 82nd minute to Petros Mantelos who secured the victory for the Greeks in extra time (90 + 1).

Greece dominated Group B2 with a maximum of 12 points after England won in Finland in the evening (1-3). The English follow with 9 units, ahead of Ireland and their 3 points.
