With more than thirty registered readers already, Prahek Library recorded record participation. European Literary Readers Prize, This year the focus is on Ireland. In October, you must read four works to express your preferences and participate in a reading committee organized by librarian Marion Desilio, where views can be exchanged.

These four books highlight the life and history of an island that has endured years of social and political unrest. Raptures, Written by Jan Carson, it tells the story of 11-year-old Hannah and a Protestant fundamentalist family from Northern Ireland who encounter mysterious disappearances.
