Wexford nursing household confirms just one case of COVID-19

Kerlogue Nursing Residence in Co Wexford confirmed tonight in a Facebook post that they have one verified scenario of COVID-19 in the nursing residence.

Even though it is not acknowledged no matter whether the scenario includes a member of staff members or a resident, Kerlogue nursing residence said that all important safeguards are remaining taken.

In a statement the nursing residence mentioned they have informed and have engaged with the HSE an appropriate authorities.

“Kerlogue nursing home has sadly 1 verified situation of COVID 19. We have engaged with the HSE and related authorities to put into practice appropriate measures, to give professional medical care to all our citizens.”

The statement also claimed they are targeted on delivering the people in the house with the greatest feasible care.

“We are participating with overall health officials with regard to in depth make contact with tracing and all needed safety measures are remaining taken. We are collectively concentrated on offering inhabitants in our nursing dwelling with the most effective possible care and safeguarding them from COVID 19.”

“We just take this option to thank all our staff who are attending for duty and our extended community, for their amazing determination and devotion to KNH.”

“We inquire the media to regard the privacy of our residents, staff and family members throughout this difficult time.”
