Chinese company Xiaomi has announced the creation of a powerful smartphone “12 Pro Dimension Edition” based on the MediaTek platform. The phone will ship with Android 12 operating system and improved MIUI 13 user interface.
The “heart” of the device is the latest Dimensity 9000+ processor. It combines eight processing cores with a clock frequency of 3.2 GHz, a Mali-G710 graphics accelerator and a 5G modem. RAM capacity of LPPDDR5-6400 type can be 8 or 12 GB, flash drive – 128 and 256 GB, respectively.
The device is equipped with a 6.73-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 3200 × 1440 pixels, a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, and a response rate of the touch layer of 480 Hz. HDR10 +, Dolby Vision support announced, brightness reaches 1500 cd/m2. Corning Gorilla Glass protects the Victus from scratches. A fingerprint scanner is built into the display area.
The triple rear camera gets a 50-megapixel Sony IMX707 main sensor, a 13MP unit with wide-angle optics, and a 5MP sensor. The front camera can create images with a resolution of 32 megapixels.
The smartphone received Wi-Fi 6 802.11ax, Bluetooth 5.3 adapters, a USB Type-C connector, an NFC controller, an infrared port and two speakers. A 5160mAh battery with 67W fast charging is installed. Prices start at $600.
