In November, Indonesian Telecom reached a new milestone ISP Performance Index. We update this index every month to find Internet Service Providers (ISPs) that offer the best prime-time Netflix streaming experience.

Telecom increased from 1 to 2.8 megabytes per second (Mbit / s), an increase of 1.8 Mbit / s over the previous month. This increase enabled Indonesia to record the largest increase in November, with the average speed increasing from 0.6 to 3.0 Mbit / s.

The other three countries recorded an increase in November. The average speed of Guatemala, Saudi Arabia and Taiwan increased by 0.2 Mbit per second.

In Asia, Vietnamese VNPT dropped from 0.4 Mbit / s to 3.4 Mbit / s.

Decreases were recorded in four countries. Bolivia, Costa Rica and Vietnam lost 0.2 Mbit / s to 3.2 Mbit / s. Last month, the average speed of Paraguay, one of the best performing countries, dropped to 0.2 Mbps to 3.4 Mbps.

The best performing ISPs maintained their average throughput of 3.8 Mbps last month.

Thirty countries and regions performed well in November. Eight of the nine newcomers last month – Finland, Malaysia, Canada, India, Ireland, Panama, Italy and South Korea – returned to their highest levels in November. They are in Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Sweden, and Sweden. In the United States, they all averaged 3.6 Mbit / s.

The ISP Performance Index is only associated with the Netflix service in prime time. This is not a general measure of performance, including other services / data that may be transmitted over a suspicious ISP network.
