Qualifying matches: England 10-0, pass; Italy stumbles and goes to recap

England secured their place in the World Cup with a 10-0 defeat to San Marino in the final round of the European qualifiers. Unlike Italy, who drew 0-0 with Northern Ireland and qualified for Switzerland with a 4-0 win over Bulgaria, they will be competing for a place in the World Cup at Repechage.

England played a game to make history. In just 45 minutes, the English team had already won 6-0 and ended the route 10-0 in the complementary stage. The highlight was striker Harry Kane, who scored four goals. Also Score: Maguire, Fabri (vs.), Smith Rowe, Mings, Abraham, Sakka.

With this, England came first in Group I with 26 points. Poland, who lost 2-1 to Hungary, finished second on the 20th.

Four-time world champions Italy may miss the second consecutive World Cup and the fourth in history. Azura did not have the same luck or qualification as England, were 0-0 with Northern Ireland and would have to decide their classification at the point of reprieve.

Italy finished second in Group C with 16 points, two more than Switzerland, who beat Bulgaria 4-0 at home to secure a place in the World Cup.

The ball still rolled to Group F. Denmark, already sorted out, lost 2-0 to Scotland, but held the lead alone with 27 points. At the age of 23, the Scottish team was assured of repatriation and dreams of returning to the World Cup, something that had not happened in France since 1998.

The European teams for the World Cup are England, Serbia, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France and Switzerland.
