The number of countries committed to reducing methane emissions has risen to 100

As announced by the European Commission in a note, the number of countries that have signed a pledge to reduce methane emissions by 30% by 2030, including Switzerland, has risen to more than 100 (out of 80).

More than 100 countries, which represent 70% of the global economy, have now joined the initiative launched by the European Union and the US:
