Ciudad, a city in Venezuela, the capital of the state of Bolivar, has been the scene of an animal cruelty incident in the area of Bolivar.

Ten days ago, a Pit Bull dog from a home complained to Bosc del Madrigal residents. Maybe someone left the animal, or entered that uninhabited house alone for at least a year and a half.

The distraught dog was first noticed by a woman living in the area, who heard her crying from there. At that time she and some of the neighbors decided to come forward and find the animal in a state of physical and mental discomfort, and decided to bring water and food to all four sides.
