World Cup Qualifiers: Run away for Netherlands, Austria lose again – 2022 World Cup – Football

France – Finland 2: 0 (1: 0)
After two disappointing draws, Antoine Griezmann brought back the world champions against Finland. With a brace (25, 53), the striker led the first Finnish defeat in this qualifying round. The French are still comfortable with 12 points from six games.

Group F:

Denmark – Israel 5: 0 (3: 0)
Denmark will retain its clean slate. In Copenhagen, the hosts set the course for their sixth win in the sixth qualifier against Israel before the break. Yusuf Paulson (28), captain Simon Khair (31) and Andreas Skow Olson (41) ensured clear conditions before the half-time whistle. Russia – Malta 2: 0 (1: 0)
Thanks to the home win against Malta, Russia are second behind Croatia. Fedor Smirnov took the lead (10) with a defensive error by the guests. Selinkhan Bakev converted a hand penalty decision late (84th).
