Guarrell Airport – Quarantine Justice suspends passengers landing on AEROFLAP

A This week, Anvisa announced that Federal Judge Antonio Sedenho has decided to immediately suspend the decision of Judge Alexis Zusman Pere of the Second Federal Court in Guerrero.

During the last 14 days, passengers of origin or history during the voyage through the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, South Africa and India, including Brazilians, are required to board flights (national and international) to their destination.

With the new court decision, it contains the existing laws Ordinance no. 655 in 2021, Which allows flights from the United Kingdom of Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Republic of South Africa and the Republic of India; Restriction of entry of travelers with origin or past history in these countries during the last 14 days; Quarantine’s performance shortly after landing in Brazil, Brazilian travelers and their legal associates (contacts) who have origins or history in these countries over the past 14 days.

Accordingly Ordinance no. 655 in 2021, The requirement that the RT-PCR test be performed with a negative or undetectable result remains in effect, Held in Seventy-two hours before landing Travelers Health Declaration – Proof of completion within seventy-two hours prior to departure of the DS‌V to Brazil, obligation to produce in print or electronically, the country has an agreement on the sanitary procedures to be followed during this period.
