Latham prepares to merge two Airbus jets flying in the Middle East

Latam Airlines plans to add two more aircraft from the Brazilian Airbus A320ceo family, which will be leased to Ireland-registered leasing company Vermilion Aviation. Both planes had previously flown with Bahrain-based Arab company Gulf Air, but withdrew from operations during the outbreak.

The aircraft in question are as follows:

-PR-TQB (msn 4827): A 10-year-old jet previously flown by Gulf Air as the A9C-AM. He is currently undergoing repairs in Abu Dhabi.

-PR-TQC (msn 4860): Flying A9C-AO on Gulf Air and 10 years old parked in Abu Dhabi, it is already undergoing pre-delivery repairs.

Delivery date has not been confirmed yet, but sources in Abu Dhabi say it will be soon.

Out of curiosity, Latham also predicted access to the operation of a jet with PR-TQA registration, however, plans changed during the outbreak and the aircraft in question became part of the Avianca Columbia ship.
