In the first round of the Italian Championship, the Irish driver will be on the wheel of the Hyundai i20 R5, just like the Belgian driver. But unlike his teammates, the Irishman knows this rally after taking part in the ഡkoda Fabia R5 in 2019, finishing the event in fourth place.

“I can’t wait to attend the Il Ciocco Rally in a few weeks, an event I attended in 2019, with Paul Naglin, that we really enjoyed at the time. The cobblestone stages are beautiful and the Renaissance Tuscan Isle Sioko Resort & Spa where the event takes place is an amazing place and I can’t wait to come back. We will drive a Hyundai i20 R5 and I am happy to get back in the car and get some mileage on the asphalt, especially on such beautiful roads. I hope it brings a good result home! ” Hyundai driver commented.

With the rally scheduled for seven weeks in the next round of the World Cup in Wroclaw, let this intervention inevitably take place since Dani Deaf appears as a favorite instead of pushing the third official Hyundai i20 from 22 April 22nd.
