The 59-year-old quit his job as manager of Dutch club Den Hague when the ERDVC season was canceled in April due to a corona virus pandemic.

While the team was in the deportation zone, seven points broke the security.

Now, after releasing the first director of the football role, Pardew has decided to try out abroad again.

CSKA Sophia, nicknamed the Reds and Armyman, has won a record 31 Bulgarian titles, but none since the 2007/08 season.

The club said Pardew is now part of the Army’s big red family.

His extensive experience and contacts will help in the overall development of the club and in attracting delegates to the team.

After a stint in Reading, West Ham, Charlton and Southampton, Pordu moved to Newcastle in 2010.

He was named Premier League manager for the 2011/12 season after leading Magpie to fifth place the following year.

In January 2015, he signed an eight-year contract extension to move to Crystal Palace.

His court team defeated Manchester United in the 2016 FA Cup Final, and he danced after the team scored.

But his time in Albion was a tragedy. Pardew arrived at The Hawthorne in November 2017 following the dismissal of Tony Police.

But the Bagees have won just one of the 18 league games under him, scoring eight points from a possible 54.

He was sent off following a run of eight consecutive defeats, leaving the club with 10 points from defense with six games remaining.

CSKA Sofia is currently third in the Bulgarian Top Flight after 12 matches

They finished second last season, qualifying for the Europa League and then advancing to the group stage. They have scored one point so far from three games in a group that includes Roma, Cluj and the Young Boys.
