The Aqua Elna Nocturnes Festival offers an international musical journey in the heart of Younes Abbey Park. At nightfall, on the wings of the green duck, the music will transport the audience to Ireland's coastal cliffs and its Celtic legends. Green Duck is a group of four talented musicians. Grégoire, on violin and vocals, is the Breton of the group, raised on Celtic music and old naval legends. Laurent (vocals, guitar, harmonica) is a songwriter from the South. Lionel (guitar, mandolin, vocals) and Roland (bass) are sons of the French rock scene. A revelation on the Celtic scene in 2017, more than 350 concerts were performed in pubs to festivals, theaters to towns, exotic locations to places of memory such as the Park of Eunes Abbey. So why the title, Green Duck, Green Duck? A duck as green as Ireland, nicknamed the Emerald Isle, wandering swiftly wherever it pleases, is certainly wild. The Green Duck will invite the public to splash in the pool with a harmonious, festive and cheeky rendition of Irish classics. Delicious catering is available on site thanks to food trucks and Jessica's sweet and savory treats. Aqua Elna is an accessible water play area for children ages 3 and up. The park contemplates the ruins of a beautiful Cistercian monastery nestled among centuries-old trees. Benches, picnic tables and games for children are available.
