A source told the British newspaper: “Robbie’s always got the attitude to reach for the stars. He’s willing to try anything. He likes to be busy. This new project is something he can throw himself into.”
New album and biography
However, Robbie Williams can’t complain about too little work. The former Take That member is celebrating 25 years as a solo artist with a new album. “XXV” (Romans 25) appears on September 9. It will feature “countless number one hits and fan favorites,” according to an announcement. The record also features a new song called “Lost”. The deluxe edition of the album will include more tracks.
Williams will tour the UK and Ireland with XXV this fall. He will preface the tour with an open-air concert in Munich on August 27. This must be one of the biggest German concerts of his career so far.
Also, the shooting of the movie “Better Man” is going on. Directed by director Michael Gracie, the biopic follows the career of Robbie Williams. “Hopefully the story explains who, what and why I am,” the singer said in March, “Mirror” reported.
