Our thoughts have a direct impact on our daily lives and performance. If we think about it, it is almost impossible to control our thinking directly – in addition to illness. However, it is not uncommon for some of us to become entangled in our own thoughts, not only in a way that does not allow for mental clarity, but also to present confusion and disruption to our daily lives.

For example, it happens when we spend too much time thinking about all the possible consequences of our actions or words before we act. Suddenly, we’ve had a conversation or a job interview with someone important several times, and yet it seems like we’re never ready to have that conversation, and we’re constantly postponing that conversation. In these situations – like many others – we seem to be stuck in our own thoughts of not being able to free ourselves, and everything becomes more difficult when we have a clear understanding that this prison is preventing us from working or creating infinite things. Happen.

So, here are some signs to be wary of:

  • Think holistically about certain topics – when we do not just think, but divide the information and analyze the thoughts into exhaustion.
  • Systematic postponement of tasks – When we spend a lot of time starting tasks, we think about how best to perform or what the consequences may be for those tasks.
  • Without taking a chance – when to do anything, or to make a decision – even a simple one – we need to analyze all the perspectives, examine different opinions, and yet we will be on stand-by.
