Turkey Urgent – Many – WhatsApp imitates Telegram and adds emojis to messages

The development team, which is constantly adding new features to the WhatsApp application, has long been working on a feature that allows them to reply to messages using emojis.

In the news we shared with you in the last few weeks, we mentioned that this feature was introduced in the Android beta build.

The feature, which started testing in a limited audience a few months ago, is now available to some users.

The dubious update is already available on other meta (Facebook) apps such as Messenger and Instagram.

Instead of replying to a message, users can respond with different emojis.

The image shared by WABetaInfo shows 6 different emojis presented to the user. These emojis are; Red hearted congratulations, laughter, surprise, sadness, thank you.

According to reports, the feature to interact with emojis in the beta version of WhatsApp 2.22.8.3 is no longer available to all users.

How to use emoji interactions

Depending on the test images shared by WABetainfo, a tab with multiple emoji options opens when you select a message to reply to in a WhatsApp chat.

When users touch any of the emojis in the tab, the response will appear below the message in the form of an animation.

On the other hand, WhatsApp notification settings also have the option to interact with emojis. Users who activate this setting will receive notifications when messages interact with emojis.
