Mike became the coach of the Pittsburgh football team in 2007, and he is still on the same team. He has coached the team for 15 years and has had a successful career of 8-9 in the playoffs.

He has collected seven division titles, including Super Bowl appearances. Also, he is the owner of the Super Bowl XLIII championship.
