Chinese space probe “Chang 5” produced unique images of the Earth and the Moon from a distance of 1.5 million kilometers.
This was reported Space.com.
Although the probe had delivered two kilograms of lunar soil to Earth late last year, the deep space mission is still ongoing.
After the soil was delivered, the orbiter module fired its engines and went into space known as Lagrange Point 1, 1.5 million kilometers from Earth in the direction of the Sun.
From the orbit around this region of gravitational equilibrium, the probe sent a unique image of the Earth and the Moon.
