The science of happiness

The science of happiness

This is always the goal of many people throughout life and at the end of it: I am a happy person. I won, worked, and learned to speak with my mouth full of that text. We have the idea of killing a lion one day to achieve that dream. Common sense says: Fight happily.

is that so? What does science say about this?

Think about the last time you were happy. Very happy. Which scene comes to your mind? Are you anxious at that moment to find your happiness? Were you on this wild quest? Are you wrestling with all your strength to achieve this?

A recent study from the University of California found that happiness is the key to success in life. When you are happy, goals can flow better and be achieved more easily. This means that if you have a goal to be happy, you may have a tendency to fail. We are more prone to disappointments and worries.

Observing the people of the world, they found that it is a matter of hard work and that we have a universal belief that there is a lot of sweat and that success and happiness will get there. If it’s true, someone who has achieved something will be happy. The equation is the opposite. Stimulate the joy that leads to success.

People spend their whole lives trying to achieve abstract goals and forgetting how to make music for dance. The search for happiness, discipline, the perfect partner, the perfect competition. Continue behind these abstractions without clear attitudes. The study of happiness obscured the search for sold and useless abstractions. The secret is functionality and sense of purpose.

There are people who are happy to help a family, people who are happy to take care of others, and people who are happy to get on a NASA rocket. There are those who are happy alone. There are those who seek happiness in a public competition.

Oops! Here is our conversation: I answer a lot of people in the office who are not happy and are not tender. People who are looking for stability, monthly salary is coming and not happy. After the initial gas has passed, it is depressing and depressing. They can no longer stand to spend hours in that environment. They are high risk of developing UNHAPPY depression or anxiety. Or worse: often the two together.

If you are looking for a public office to be happy or find happiness, I am sorry to tell you: happiness is not a goal. Happiness is not in the office. Happiness is something that happens now. If you’re happy with that moment, I can tell you that you are much more likely to go through it than you want a match to live happily. Do you like it? See a study with Harvard students.
