When she arrived at Ramsey Harbor on the island on Friday afternoon, Lovesic Dale, 28, had just ten minutes left of fuel.
On his way to the island, Kovid was arrested and imprisoned for violating the rules.

Public health officials said last night that they were satisfied there was no danger to the public.
The Isle of Man’s current Level 4 Kovid system allows those inhabitants to make unnecessary trips off the island, but must isolate themselves for 14 days upon return.
Those who do not live on the island must fill out a registration form and provide an entry certificate for admission.
There have been 373 confirmed Kovid-19 cases in the Isle of Man since March. There are currently four cases – none of which are in the hospital.
