St. Patrick’s Day, or the feast of St. Patrick, Patron of Ireland, is celebrated every March 17, the most important holiday of the year on the Emerald Islands.
On this occasion, every province, especially Dublin, is full of greenery, active with celebrations, concerts, parades, fireworks and lots of entertainment.
On Saturday 19th March 2022 there will be an evening dedicated to good food and traditional Irish music at the Mugello Youth Center. An open Irish dance stage (always on the premises of the Youth Center) led by Maestro Mirco Peluso of the Irish Academy of Dance in Florence Clover will be held at 5 p.m.
Instead of 8pm a traditional dinner inspired by Irish tradition and draft beer. The musicians of the Dirty Old Band lead the party, evoking the atmosphere of the streets of Dublin, Cork and Galway with their interpretations, as they run through the green hills, like fingers on the strings of a Celtic harp.
