Scotland will travel to Israel on Wednesday night in hopes of completing the Nations League campaign at a high level. A win would put Steve Clarke’s team first in their group and advance to League A.
Above Group B2, Scotland leads the Czech Republic, Israel and Slovakia.
But they lost the first match of the campaign on Sunday; 1-0 defeat to Slovakia.
At the same time, Israel cannot be promoted, but can be expelled if it fails to match Slovakia’s result against the Czech Republic.
The Czech Republic hopes that Scotland’s result against Israel will improve on their promotion.
