(ANSA) – PALERMO, 06 OCT – Two Palermo citizens who have made a claim against Ryaner can discuss the proceedings before an Italian judge, as requested by Irish Airlines, in a Dublin court. This is in anticipation of a sentence issued yesterday by the Fifth Civil Division of the Palermo Court, after Judge Claudia Turco actually annulled a Palermo-Treviso flight that “revoked” the jurisdiction of the jurisdiction of the Justice of the Peace, which had in fact rejected the request of two passengers, and in fact demanded a compensation of approximately 00 1800.

Ryaner affirmed before the Justice of the Peace a “close” of the online purchase agreement, referring to a court in Dublin where Ryaner has a registered office to resolve legal issues. The Palermo court has now overturned the decision and brought the proceedings back to Italy.

“When you buy a ticket on the Ryanair website, it all starts when you are asked to click to agree to the terms and conditions – says lawyer Giovanni Lo Beau, attorney Marco Favare, who assisted two Palermo passengers – in judging, in fact, at the time of purchasing, based on the recent decision of the United Sections of the Supreme Court ‘ The principles to be applied are interpreted differently from Ryanair: it is clear that legal action will not be initiated in Dublin knowing that many passengers are entitled to compensation – Faware adds, in light of this sentence, every Italian believes that an Italian is allowed to).
