Ryanair is celebrating 5 years with the greatest activity ever in Naples

Ryan Air In the summer of 2022 it announced its all-time largest operation in Naples with 57 routes, including 12 new routes to exciting destinations such as Agadir, Furteventura, London and Milan. Ryanair’s 5 Naples-based aircraft represents an investment of $ 500 million, which significantly improves Campania’s national and national momentum. International connectivity, 150 high-paying jobs in the aviation sector and 3,300 indirect jobs at Naples Airport.

Ryanair will offer its largest operation in Naples in the summer of 2022:

  • 5 basic flights
  • $ 500 million investment in Naples
  • A total of 57 routes (12 new routes to exciting destinations (Agadir, Bucharest, Furteventura, Lanzarote, London, Milan, Prague, Sofia, Tallinn, Tel Aviv, Tenerife, Zagreb)
  • More than 530 flights a week
  • More than 3,300 jobs in total (150 directly)

Five years after Ryanair’s first flight from Naples to Barcelona in 2017, to celebrate this milestone, Ryanair now offers better connectivity with Naples with more than 530 weekly flights (more than 240 over the pre-Pandemic period) in 20 countries. Travelers departing from Naples have a lot of choice for major European destinations, providing the much needed impetus for Campania tourism after missing two summers.
In order to give Ryanair further growth and recovery in Italy, the airline has again asked the Italian government to waive Italy’s “tourism tax” (municipal surcharge) on all flights from 2022 to 2025.
